We reserve the right to contact you to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before dispatch.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the delivery courier when your order is delivered.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan. Delivery is generally expected within 3–5 business days after order confirmation and processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and the eligibility requirements applicable to the product.

6. Order Cancellation

ChoiceCart may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the customer cannot be reached for confirmation, the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect, or there is a suspected fraudulent or unauthorized order.
